AMBASSADOR OF MEXICO VISITS

Ambassador Francisco J. Barrio T. visited me in my office shortly before the annual celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe.  I mentioned that we would be anticipat Our Lady of Guadalupe's feast in last Saturday's Pro-Life Mass held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.
